The Healthy Mummy is a true business success story and Rhian amassed over 1.5 million mums following the brand on social media as well as it launching into the UK (The Healthy Mummy UK) and into the USA (The Healthy Mommy).
After selling half the business in 2017 to Private Equity, Rhian went onto sell 100% of the business to a trade buyer in early 2022.

Rhian thrives on creating new ideas and has a creative, commercial and innovative mindset – which has been a critical reason behind the success of The Healthy Mummy and now Healthy Active Pet.
Rhian is also now a Business Consultant and Advisor focused on working with businesses to maximise their profits, growth, ecommerce conversion and presence.

Additionally, Rhian is a number 1 best selling author with 2 best selling books published by Pan Macmillan and a 3rd book set to be published in November 2023.
